• Product Data: Product titles, prices, and variant information from your Shopify store
• Competitor URLs: URLs you provide for price monitoring
• Price History: Historical price data for your products and monitored competitors

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

ShopiSync does not collect, store, or process:

• Customer personal information (names, emails, addresses)
• Order or transaction data
• Payment information
• Customer browsing behavior

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Sync your product catalog from Shopify
• Monitor competitor prices on URLs you specify
• Automatically update your Shopify product prices based on your rules
• Display price history and analytics in your dashboard

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your data is only accessed by:

• Our secure servers for processing
• Shopify's API (to read/write your product data)

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Access tokens are securely stored and never exposed
• Database access is restricted and monitored
• Webhook signatures are verified using HMAC-SHA256

6. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data is retained while your app is installed
• After uninstall: Your access token is immediately revoked
• GDPR compliance: All shop data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstall per Shopify's shop/redact webhook

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
