Billing Through Shopify
ShopiSync uses Shopify's built-in billing system:
- Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
- Uses your existing Shopify payment method
- Manage subscription through Shopify Admin
Upgrading
- Go to Settings in your ShopiSync dashboard
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change in Shopify
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the current billing period. When upgrading from a plan without dynamic pricing to one that includes it (Growth or higher), you can bulk-activate products for dynamic pricing right after the upgrade.
Downgrading
When downgrading:
- Change takes effect at the next billing cycle
- If you exceed new plan limits, you'll need to reduce the number of monitored products
- Dynamic pricing features become unavailable if downgrading below Growth
Cancellation
- Go to Settings and click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm in Shopify Admin
After cancellation:
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Data is retained for 30 days
- You can resubscribe anytime
