Adding Competitors

Learn how to add, manage, and organize competitor URLs for your products.

All plans Available on all plans. The number of competitors per product depends on your plan (Lite: 5, Starter and higher: unlimited).

Methods to Add Competitors

ShopiSync offers multiple ways to add competitor URLs:

1. Manual URL Entry

The simplest method — directly enter a competitor's product page URL.

1. Navigate to the Products page
2. Click on a product to view details
3. Click "Add Competitor"
4. Enter the full URL (e.g., https://competitorA.com/p/product-name/123456)
5. Optionally add a name (e.g., "competitorA.com")
6. Click Save

2. Competitor Site Search Growth+

Automatically find competitors selling the same product on configured websites:

1. Go to Competitor Search in the sidebar
2. Select a product to search for
3. Click "Discover Competitors"
4. Review the results and approve relevant matches

3. CSV Import

Bulk import multiple competitors at once:

1. Go to Competitor Search then the CSV Import tab
2. Download the template CSV file
3. Fill in your competitor data
4. Upload the completed CSV

Managing Competitors

Edit a Competitor

Click the pencil icon next to any competitor to update its URL or name.

Disable/Enable

Toggle competitors on/off without deleting them. Disabled competitors won't be scraped.

Delete

Permanently remove a competitor. Price history will be preserved.
