What is ShopiSync?

ShopiSync is a competitor price monitoring and automatic repricing tool for Shopify merchants. We track your competitors' prices and can automatically adjust your prices to stay competitive.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Start immediately with full access to all features. No credit card required. Your trial begins when you install the app.

Which Shopify plans are supported?

ShopiSync works with all Shopify plans, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.

Price Monitoring

Which competitor websites can you monitor?

ShopiSync works with virtually any e-commerce website, including major online retailers, marketplaces, and most Shopify and WooCommerce stores.

How often are prices checked?

Depending on your plan: Lite (1x daily), Starter (2x daily), Growth (2x daily), Enterprise (2x daily).

What if a competitor page doesn't work?

Some websites have advanced bot protection. Contact support and we'll work on a solution. You can also try alternative product pages from the same retailer.

Dynamic Pricing

Which plans include dynamic pricing?

Dynamic pricing is available on Growth ($39.99/month) and Enterprise ($199.99/month) plans. Lite and Starter plans include price monitoring only.

Will this automatically change my Shopify prices?

Only if you explicitly enable automatic pricing mode (which requires accepting a disclaimer). By default, dynamic pricing shows a preview of proposed changes that you must confirm before they are applied.

Can I set price floors/ceilings?

Yes. Each pricing rule supports a margin floor (based on your cost price and desired margin percentage), a minimum price, and a maximum price ceiling. Your prices will never go below the margin floor.

What happens if all competitors are out of stock?

When no competitor prices are available, the current price is kept. Out-of-stock competitors are excluded from calculations by default.

Plans & Products

How many products can I monitor?

Lite: up to 10, Starter: up to 100, Growth: up to 500, Enterprise: up to 3,000 products.

How many competitors per product?

Lite plan allows up to 5 competitors per product. All other plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) have unlimited competitors per product.

What is Competitor Site Search?

A feature available on Growth and Enterprise plans that lets you configure competitor websites and automatically discover your products on those sites. It's more reliable than search engine-based competitor discovery.

Account & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings, click "Manage Subscription", then "Cancel". You can also uninstall the app from Shopify Admin.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer prorated refunds within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@shopisync.io.

Technical

Do you have an API?

Yes. API access is available on the Enterprise plan ($199.99/month). See our API documentation for details.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, never store payment information, and are GDPR compliant.

How do I export my data?

Go to Products or Reports and click "Export to Excel" to download all your data. Excel export is available on all plans.
