Dynamic Pricing Growth+

Enable automatic price adjustments based on real-time competitor data. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

How Dynamic Pricing Works

  1. ShopiSync monitors your competitors' prices (Lite: 1x daily, Starter/Growth/Enterprise: 2x daily)
  2. When prices change, your pricing rules are evaluated
  3. A preview of all proposed changes is shown for your review
  4. After your confirmation, Shopify prices are updated
  5. All changes are logged for your review

Enabling Dynamic Pricing

  1. Create your pricing rules first
Set up your margin, competitive position, and price boundaries in the Pricing Rules section.
  2. Go to Dynamic Pricing
Navigate to the Dynamic Pricing page in the sidebar.
  3. Enable for specific products
Toggle dynamic pricing on for the products you want to auto-reprice.
  4. Review the preview
ShopiSync shows a preview of all proposed price changes before applying them.
  5. Confirm changes
Review and confirm the changes to update your Shopify prices.

Automatic Pricing (Auto Mode)

By default, dynamic pricing requires manual confirmation for each price update. You can enable automatic mode which applies price changes automatically after each scrape cycle.

!
Disclaimer Required
Enabling automatic pricing requires you to accept a disclaimer acknowledging that ShopiSync will modify your Shopify prices without manual confirmation. You remain responsible for all price changes. You can disable automatic mode at any time.

To enable automatic pricing:

  1. Click the Auto toggle on the Dynamic Pricing page
  2. Read and accept the disclaimer
  3. Automatic pricing is now active

Safety Features

ShopiSync includes multiple safety measures to protect your store:

Margin Floor

When margin protection is enabled in your pricing rule, prices never go below your cost price plus the configured margin percentage. This is the primary safeguard against selling at a loss.

Price Boundaries

You can set a fixed minimum price and a maximum price ceiling per rule. These are absolute limits that are always enforced.

Maximum Price Change Rate

Limits how much a price can change per day. By default this is set to 10%. This prevents extreme price jumps in case of competitor data anomalies. You can adjust this percentage in your store settings.

Price Ending Formatting

Configure how prices are rounded after calculation (e.g., always end in .99 or .95). This keeps your prices looking professional and consistent.

Preview and Confirm

Before any prices are applied, you see a complete preview showing the current price, proposed price, and the reason for each change. You can accept or reject individual changes.

Bulk Activate After Upgrade

When upgrading from a plan without dynamic pricing (Lite or Starter) to a Growth or Enterprise plan, you can bulk-activate products for dynamic pricing right after the upgrade.
